They have an established renewable energy and infrastructure private equity business, managing several listed and unlisted funds targeting investments in renewable energy projects and associated infrastructure in the UK and Europe, with considerable capital to invest.
The client employs more than 50 people across the investment, asset management and development teams and is looking to expand at the InvestmentManager level.
They are looking for a passionate and dedicated investment professional, who is a strong team player.The role:
Execution of transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure spaceWorking in lean teams of investment professionals across multiple transactionsFinancial modelling and asset valuation Writing investment memos and investment committee papersProactively identifying value accretion opportunities on existing assets Contribute constructive suggestions within team discussions to ensure all deals are of the highest qualityThe candidate:
Track record of executing transactions in the core renewable energy or infrastructure space in the UK and Europe4 years+ relevant experience in an infrastructure or private equity investor or adviserExperience of typical project finance structuresThe ability to remain calm and composed whilst working under pressureExcellent financial modelling skills and an intuitive feel for whether a model is giving you the right answer.Knowledge of Nordic/Northern European languages is a plus (but not a necessity), other European languages are favoured, English is necessaryIf this sounds like a match to you, please apply within.
