My client, a Leading provider of Social Housing across the South East of England, is currently recruiting Multi Trade Operatives to join the Direct Repairs Division, providing a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service delivery.
You will successfully deliver repairs and maintenance works required to a high quality, and as detailed within the order, to maximise first time fix criteria and enhance resident satisfaction.
Successful applicants will have a proven track record of working in Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry with a relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance and repairs to properties and communal areas.
This opportunity has the potential to go permanent after 6 months Requirements Trade background with some other skills e.g plumbing, carpentry, plastering A full valid U.K driving license A basic DBS Good verbal and written communication Own tools required 2 work references will be required.
This is an urgent temporary assignment, 40 hours a week.
