MobileCommercial Gas EngineerLondon I am currently recruiting for a mobilecommercial gas engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial properties in centralLondon.
You will have a trade qualification as well as your COC N1 as a basic gas qualification, as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance .
Sector:
Commercial Propeties Duties will include all CP12s on commercial boilers, replacing like to like parts, fault finding, breakdowns, as well as basic maintenance ppm and reactive maintenance on pipework, plant checks on pumps, motors, AHUs, fan coils, split units, escorting sub-contractors, general paperwork and reporting back to clients and managers.
Hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary 50K, plus call out, overtime, van, unifo rm, company benefits and more.
