Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week - 4 on 4 off shift pattern, shift times are 10.30pm - 9.15am and one training day per month 9.00am - 3.00pm) The Opportunity Options Autism, are recruiting Waking NightChildren’s Support Workers to join our team at Underley Garden Childrens home, we work directly with vulnerable children with Autism and complex needs.
You will carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care.
You will support the children to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out, complete relevant paperwork, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, engage them in tasks and activities, follow positive behaviour support plans and administer medication.
You will act as a corporate parent and build close links with all who are important to the children such as their families and social workers.

You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, more time for you Dependent upon site location.
