Job purpose To provide inspiring and effective leadership of the partnerships with UK university partners and act as the UK ProductSales Expert and have the overall responsibility for the achievement of enrolment and net revenue targets across all channels for the UK centres.
You will build strong relationships with our UK university partners, College Directors and our Global Recruitment Team ensure that individual and team KPI’s and targets are met.
This role will work as a strategic lead and working closely with all the Regional Directors in the region and forms part of the University Partnership’s Global Recruitment Unit’s Leadership Team.
It plays an integral part of a highly successful team in the University Partnerships Division which includes Admissions, Central Marketing and College Operations.
Main duties and responsibilities Drive effective structured engagement with UK university partners that ensures we have sector leading partner engagement Attend relevant Board and Operational partner meeting, representing OxfordInternational’s interest across recruitment and other relevant areas Plan, develop and implement student recruitment strategies, incorporating annual sales and commercial plans that deliver targets for all UK centres.
Ensure a consistent approach to policy and strategy implementation through regular and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Report on progress against objectives via agreed key performance metrics Work closely with the Regional Directors and Global Recruitment Unit to identify and maximize recruitment opportunities for all UK related products.
Monitor the progress of cooperation and partnership projects and provide regular updates for the region and stakeholders in country.
Ensure business continuity in the region by maintaining relationships with key clients in the market and ensuring the region's business continues to grow in the event of change of sales staffing i.e.
well positioned for back up.
Contribute as required and from time to time to work on market research, remodelling existing services, service delivery model development and on implementing successful strategies across the regions.
Communicate and disseminate intelligence gathered through a range of processes e.g.
team briefings, training sessions, Intranet, webinars etc.
Provide a positive channel of communication and a collaborative effort between the regions and UK central offices/teams.
Organise and attend regional meetings and events as required.
Provide leadership and direction within UK and Europe Division to assure that organizational standards and policies are maintained and followed across the regions.
This includes, but is not limited to, conducting annual performance reviews, conducting performance counselling as needs arise, and assuring regional Program Development and Impact reporting is achieved throughout the region in a timely manner.
Develop and implement business plans with the Global SalesDirector to commercialize high potential product offerings in key market segments.
Deliver results consistent with expectations; on time and in line with forecasts.
