Experience & Skills Required Experienced Sales, Finance, Recruitment or Resourcing experience required (at least 1 years experience) Open on sector as will cross train but finance preferred Understanding or knowledge of the Financial Services Industry or Sales experience preferred Track record of personal success in previous role Confident to work in a sales environment Strong communication/listening skills Able to demonstrate a natural hunger and drive to succeed Committed to a career in recruitment Highly organised with attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment A proactive approach to directly source the best talent in the market Able to work effectively on own initiative with minimal supervision Excellent relationship builder Have a growth mindset Track record of personal success in or outside of work We offer (after probation passed) Good basic salary plus monthly bonus based on candidates placed.
