We are currently looking for Reservations Agent to join our team at MeliaWhiteHouse (Albany St, London NW1 3UP).

About the role, what will I be doing? Reservations Agent is responsible for handling a range of booking enquiries over the telephone and email, doing this in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
You will demonstrate the highest attention to details when performing reservations tasks and recognize Sales leads and potential business.
You will also:
Ensure that all telephone and email enquiries are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner Be aware of current and future availability on a daily basis, as well as any selling strategy proposed by Revenue with its restrictions Have knowlodge of OPERA system Be up to date with all short and long term promotions available at the hotel Be fully familiar with the hotel facilities and services and to promote these whenever possible Prioritize any correspondence from the day before and from external guests and clients to ensure efficient customer service Be fully conversant with all systems and computer procedures which are Reservations related Respect any confidential information received regarding guests, staff and management, and ensure adherence with the PCI rules and regulations at all times Our Benefits Package Includes:
