A Tier 1 global bank are currently seeking a SeniorAuditManager to join the Practices team of a first line QA function.The successful candidate will help define and implement Quality Assurance Review procedures, assuming responsibility for the development of the department methodology and managing policies, risk assessments and controls.
The role will also have direct report responsibility for several staff.The role will be influential in designing and implementing a robust Quality Assurance framework, whilst working closely and independently to the Global Head of the function and Regional Directors.Applicants should have experience of working within the internal audit function of another major bank.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of developing methodologies and dealing with regulators.
Prior man management experience is not a pre requisite but would be beneficial given the direct report responsibilities associated with this role. ParitasRecruitment LondonEngland
