We are looking for a SeniorProjectManager with experience of ITSM tools or creation of service catalogues , for one of our public sector clients.
Rate:
£745 per day Length:
12 months Inside IR35 Remote working, 1 day per week on site in London, 4 days remote working Must have experience of ITSM tools or creation of service catalogues Must have experience with ServiceNow Ideally have public sector experience Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.
As a SeniorProjectManager you will have/be:
Ideally you will have public sector experience Evidence of working with and maintaining excellent relationships with Managed Service Providers Responsible for the definition, documentation and safe execution of a project or a work stream within a larger project, actively participating in all phases of the project.
Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and tracks all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders, as appropriate.
Works with multiple suppliers to deliver integrated plans and solutions Evaluates and makes recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate.
Maintains a broad understanding of the commercial IT environment Acts as the first point of escalation for any issues or problems raised by the supplier, or users.
