SeniorSupportWorker We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a SeniorSupportWorker to join a small and dedicated mobilisation team to work in Southampton and Dorset! The primary purpose of the mobilisation team is to set up and deliver a package of care to a new client, in the most efficient and effective way, to ensure we can meet the needs of new business and deliver quality care to new packages we take on.
The secondary purpose of the mobilisation team, is to provide rapid staffing contingency to existing packages, in the event of staffing shortfalls, to ensure full service delivery and avoid the requirement for secondary agency provision.
Team Brain Injury was founded in 2005 and is one of the very few homecare providers working across the country who specialise in supporting Children and Adults with a brain injury and other neurological disabilities.

Key Responsibilities The seniorsupportworkers will be highly skilled and work within a roaming team, who will need to move around the country to support in the delivery of new business mobilisation and existing business contingency, ensuring that the clients needs are met, and support is in place, ready to handover to local teams once recruited and embedded.
