We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction SiteManager to join a local main contractor with a great reputation.
As a SiteManager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
Their main focus is on University led projects which tend to be refurbishment based, so specific experience here would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the project runs smoothly and to resolve any issues that arise Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and plans to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site and promote a culture of safety amongst all workers Manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for the project and ensure they are delivered to site on time and within budget Maintain accurate records of all construction activities and prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders Requirements:
Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team of workers Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations If you are a looking for an exciting new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
