Have you worked with off-shore developmentteams - this is 100% key for this role? We are working on behalf of an international client with sites in the UK, EU, US, and Asia.
They are looking for a SoftwareDevelopmentProjectManager / DevelopmentManager to manage an offshore scrum development team, a mix of developers and testers.
Initially, the technical environment is heavy in Oracle but you will be looking after multiple projects and products so we don't mind what your technical background is as long as you can show strength in commercial softwaredevelopment.
This is not a hands-on role, you will have excellent team leads reporting to you who will be your experts, this is about driving forward the development and release of these product lines.

ROLE:
This SoftwareDevelopmentProjectManager / DevelopmentManager will report to the Senior DevelopmentManager.
To be successful in this role we need someone who is a great communicator, both written and verbal.
Someone who can manage rigid software release schedules.
Can engage with the wider business and has extensive experience in working with international offshoredevelopmentteams.
Has an appreciation of cultural differences.
Can be flexible in work hours due to time zones.

Salary :
on offer is 55-60K, Pension & Private Health, Training, Free parking, 25 days holiday + BH.
This role requires you to be in the office once a week/fortnight, pending on where you live.
