The SousChef that takes on this role will preferably have at least 2-3 year's experience in a Professional Kitchen, preferably in a similar position and will be passionate about food and producing exceptional dishes with their kitchen brigade.

You will be eager to develop your skills and knowledge, whilst building strong working relationships with other members of the kitchen brigade.
The SousChef will receive an annual salary in the region of £26,000 - £30,000.
In addition, you will receive Tips, uniform and other company benefits., shifts are straightshifts with no splits involved.
Due to the location your own transport is essential.
The SousChef that takes on this opportunity will be responsible for stock control and ordering, menu planning, staff training and progression, COSHH and ensuring that the highest possible levels of service are achieved at all times.
The position will suit a Chef who has experience in fresh food pubs, restaurants or hotels.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen operates effectively at all times.
