We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our Wellness team.
You:
Qualified in aesthetic and holistic, and deep tissue/sports massage in NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
You are your own individual personality.
Passion for people - you aim to please and are keen to learn from the best in hospitality.
You graft and get it done - thinking outside of the box when required.
Having fun is second nature to you! Your role:
You will be responsible for carrying out all stages of the spa journey.
From consultation, to performing facial treatments, body massage and specialised beauty treatments for our guests and club members.
This includes identification of possible intra-indications and after care advice.
Our spa is equipped with high quality products and facilities, which you will be required to have extensive knowledge of in order to offer retail sales through our shop.
You will be organised and able to assist with diary management, reception duties, answering guest enquiries by email and phone, ensuring correct records are kept for club member and guest visits, and delivering an excellent standard of service.
You will take pride in keeping the facilities clean, ensuring stations are prepped and stocked as required, including laundry inventory and upkeep of health and safety procedures.
For you:
Competitive salary £25,750 per annum.
40 hours per week on a flexible rota - 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), contributory pension.
