Wesser are currently looking for fundraising talent across the UK to expand our Door to Doorfundraisingteams.
If you have TeamLeader experience or you’ve been working in Door to Doorfundraising or sales and are looking to make the next step, we’re interested in talking to you.
You’ll be helping us set up a regional team to raise funds on behalf of St John Ambulance, with the potential to expand to additional teams and become a Manager within 3 months (at £26-29k).
You’ll get support of our in-house training, recruitment and HR teams, meaning you can focus on building and getting the best out of your fundraisers.

* Experience of Face to Face fundraising or Door to Door sales * Track record of high performance * Excellent interpersonal skills * Motivational personality * Excellent training skills * Ability to create high performers * Empathy and active listening skills Your responsibilities:
* Building and growing a Door to Doorfundraisingteam within your region * Training and ongoing performance of fundraisers * Ensuring fundraising meets internal and industry compliance standards * Monitoring the quality of donors recruited * Developing new fundraising talent into TeamLeaders * Creating a positive culture in your teams You’ll be travelling between fundraising areas so a full, clean driving license would be beneficial.
