M&H is seeking a passionate ProductionLead who is capable of supporting our team and ever-evolving client.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Work with the Director of Client Strategy to ensure healthy client relationships, revenue growth and team profitability; Coordinate work teams and manage the production of written, print, digital and video projects; Manage billing and follow up on budgets with client and finance team; Understand and maintain the integrity of the client's brand; Understand the client's business and proactively identify/resolve client issues; Respond to daily client requests ensuring that all assigned projects are completed as per brief; Develop production schedules and identify potential obstacles; Suggest solutions or new services with the objective of contributing to vertical account and revenue growth; Ensure deliverables are always of M&H quality; Maintain a continuous relationship with the operations, production and business development teams and perform the necessary follow-ups to keep the account running smoothly; Act as a positive leader and motivator for internal and external resources; Establish good relationships with team members and inform them of deliverables, deadlines and budgets to ensure they are met; Manage resources:
timesheets, team member vacations, freelancers, issue management, etc; Participate in the development and evaluation of team members and support them in achieving their goals; Support initiatives and participate in activities to develop the M&H culture; All other related tasks.
WE WANT TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF:
you have a related university or college education; you have at least five years of experience in a similar role; you demonstrate positive leadership and are a team player; you are known for the quality of your communication skills and client relationships; you deftly adapt to all sorts of situations and work independently; you are highly organized and effectively manage your time and priorities; you demonstrate discipline and attention to detail; you have agency/studio experience (an asset); you are familiar with Mac graphic design software (an asset).
