JOB SUMMARY This position provides documentation, research, analysis, and related support to the quality and compliance team.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Perform supplier verifications, risk analysis, and continued monitoring of supply chain performance.
Coordinate and maintain customer and supplier document-sharing platforms.
Assemble quality documentation and liaise with customers for supplier approvals.
Coordinate and act as a liaison for customer audits.
Act as an internal training lead for good manufacturing practices, food safety, and sanitary transport.
Coordinate and champion change control and product development Initiatives.
Prepare and update resources and documentation.
Research quality questions, synthesize, and present findings.
Direct annual and non-routine analysis for food safety and compliance for all areas of the organization.
Collect, analyze, and report on data.
Act as a lead for non-compliance investigations.
Provide miscellaneous administrative, operational, and project support to the Quality team.
Support the continued development and implementation of quality tools and systems REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage diverse priorities.
Strong analytical, critical thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage timelines and priorities with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with document-sharing platforms such as TraceGains, Document Compliance, etc., would be considered an asset.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
University degree or college diploma preferred.
3+years experience in food-safety
- quality system Experience in agriculture, more specifically the organics industry would be considered an asset.
Ability to speak Turkish is considered an asset.
Research/analyst experience considered assets.
