Within the department you will join the Center of Excellence team to work on SHIP (Shared Investment accounting Platform as Investment backoffice controller part of Trade and Asset Servicing (TAS) Team.
SHIP covers investment accounting activities for the biggest AXA Entities worldwide and aims at harmonizing systems processes & organization in this area.
The platform is operated by two shared organizations:
a Center of Excellence (CoE) acting as a hub for technical and processes expertise located in Paris and a Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) located in India in charge of the main part of daytoday activities.
What Youll Do
- Monitor the accounting processes done by our team in India and related to the booking of purchases and sales of securities financial incomes and expenses for the AXA entities in your scope of responsibility.
- Support Indian team in management of queries and specific posting 2nd level support).
- Ensure the quality of deliverable and principally the monthly closing sign off on bookings as well as cash and custody reconciliation.
- Participate to project related to new regulation new scope.
- Participate to project linked to migration to an upgraded version of our accounting tool.
