About the role



We are seeking an experienced Area Retail Manager to oversee multiple PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia retail stores in the Bali region.


In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing store operations, and leading high-performing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience across our retail network.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring they meet or exceed sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets


• Provide strong leadership and coaching to store managers and retail teams, motivating them to achieve outstanding results


• Analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to drive growth


• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual merchandising to maximise sales and profitability


• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations


• Collaborate with the central retail team to implement new initiatives and best practices across the store network


• Represent the company and build strong relationships with local stakeholders, including landlords and the community

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a retail management role, preferably in a multi-site or area management capacity


• Proven track record of driving sales, improving store operations, and leading high-performing retail teams


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills to effectively motivate and develop store teams


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making


• Familiarity with inventory management, merchandising, and visual merchandising best practices


• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal


• Degree in a relevant field, such as business, retail, or management
