The position is based in Neuilly:

Reporting to the Global Director, Engagement and Employer Brand, and working in close partnership with the Regional Talent and HR teams, you will contribute to one of our key strategic HR priorities.
You will be the operational lead for all employee listening programs, in addition to identifying opportunities to further build and amplify programs that reinforce connection to Sephora values and positively shape our culture.

Employee Listening

Annual employeeengagement survey :
lead and manage campaign preparation, communication, training, insights analysis, reporting and action planning.
Key partners include external vendors, global HRIS and IT teams, regional engagement leads and local ambassadors.

On:
going employee listening :
manage on boarding, exit and ad hoc pulse surveys and reporting; monitor and update on survey insights.
Support and guide regions in establishing a continued monitoring and accountability for on :
going listening metrics.
:
Animate a community of regional engagement leads.
:
Monitor trends in employeeengagement and listening practices both within Sephora and externally, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Support the management and optimization of Sephora employee listening tools and platform to ensure they remain up:
to:
date and effective.
:
Serve as key contact and Sephora operational lead for group listening initiatives.

Contribute to conceptualizing and lead the build and implementation of a global recognition program, aligned with our values and EVP.
Once operational, manage the program.

Leverage insights from employee listening and partner with global and regional HR and Talent teams to support translating them into positive change.

Identify key moments of the employee journey and propose initiatives that reinforce the connection to our values.

Promote an inclusive workplace :
contribute to developing and executing initiatives that elevate the employeeexperience in partnership with global HR, Comms, Marketing and Social impact teams, and with Regional DE and I partners (well :
being, global DE and I awareness days, future of work initiatives)

At least 7 years years of progressive experience in HR, Talent, or high:
touch consultancy roles
:
3+ years of project management
:
Hands on experience in planning, managing, and executing complex end to end projects across multiple units and stakeholders.

Regional or globalexperience.
:
Systems thinker with attention to detail and strong analytical and problem:
solving skills.
:
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, ability to lead without authority, to influence and to drive collaboration.
:
Strong communication, ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Understanding of latest trends in employeeexperience, engagement, and future of work with the creativity and agility to pilot new ideas.
