The position

In this role, you will manage a Medical Affairs Team and successfully plan and execute Medical Affairs tasks, in support of strategic medical objectives, business opportunities and the overall brand plans as well as the affiliate's strategy taking into account local short:

, medium:

, and long:

term business needs in Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) and Rare Endocrine Disorders (RED)

You will carry out the following tasks:




:



Establishing the national medical and scientific strategies on RBD and RED.
:


Guaranteeing the medical information with internal cross:

sectional activities (clinical operations, corporate affairs, legal, regulatory and market access departments)
:


Expanding a Key Opinion Leader (KOL)s' medical networking.
:


Developing medical expertise of Novo Nordisk in Haemophilia and growth hormone therapy
:


Contributing to the life cycle management of the products in collaboration with the marketing, market access and regulatory departments through the set:

up of medical projects (phase IV and observational studies) in accordance with the local policies, procedures and regulations.



Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to have:




:


MD, ideally specialized in Haematology (preferable)/internal medicine.
:


At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
:


At least 5 years of experience in management.


:


Professional expertise in medical affairs, data generation , and regulatory environment.
:


Knowledge of French KOL network in the rare disease space.


About the department


You will join our Medical Department and will report to our Medical Vice President (VP CMR).

You will liaise with both internal (CMR department, RMA managers, Medical Excellence team, Marketing teams, Public affairs, PEPs, medical information, P and O, finance, North West Region, IO and HQ (medical affairs)) and external (Local and international Health care Professionals, investigators and Influencers (Opinion Leaders); Academic societies, Patients associations) stakeholders.
