The Role:


A renowned global organisation dedicated to supporting healthcare providers, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a maternity cover basis, with a chance to transition into a permanent role.


Reporting to the Managing Director of France, you’ll play a key role in providing technical support, coordinating service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Offer technical assistance to customers for equipment issues or malfunctions.

  • Liaise with technicians to coordinate timely service interventions.

  • Prepare service quotes in accordance with pricing guidelines.

  • Assist technicians and sales representatives in handling complex technical matters.

  • Conduct training sessions on equipment for both customers and technicians.

  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

Your Profile:



  • Education:


    BAC or BAC+2 in electrical engineering or industrial maintenance.

  • Experience:


    2+ years in a related field (such as field technician or customer support).

  • Skills:


    Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills; expertise in electronics, automation, and mechanics.

  • Language:


    Proficient in English (B2 level) and fluent French.
