We’re looking for a Customer Success & Key Accounts Lead to take full ownership of our client relationships from the moment a deal is closed.
You’ll be responsible for client performance, satisfaction, and revenue across our entire customer base — with a specific focus on strategic enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the post-sales lifecycle for all clients (~100), monitor client performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Leading the implementation of new enterprise clients, coordinating between technical, legal, and business stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with our top accounts to ensure retention and expansion
- Working cross-functionally with product, tech, and sales to align on client needs, with marketing to identify opportunities of clients use cases
Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships in a retail environment, but also at ease speaking to small business owners and micro-entrepreneurs
- Strong project management skills, especially during onboarding and implementation
- Ability to collect and analyse product usage and commercial data and act on it
- Comfortable speaking with both technical teams and C-level execs
- Comfortable with uncertainty, in a process-light, high-growth startup culture
- Fluent English and French; other languages a strong plus, in particular Spanish, Portuguese, Italian
