You build strong relationships, solve problems before they grow, and help customers stay engaged and thrive.
Your team:
You join the Customer Success team.
We are the go-to partners for clients after onboarding, ensuring they remain satisfied, supported, and confident in using Zenchef.
What you will do:
- Proactively call customers via phone and video to check their usage and satisfaction.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurants to foster trust and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Understand each restaurant’s unique needs through client data and feedback.
- Recommend personalized solutions to enhance their experience and usage of Zenchef.
- Conduct regular meetings to gather feedback and refine our support approach.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on product knowledge and insights.
- Monitor and act on satisfaction metrics like NPS and CSAT to improve the customer experience.
- Share insights and suggestions with your team to boost revenue and retention.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking customer satisfaction.
- Passion for hospitality; industry knowledge is a bonus.
- A proactive approach to helping customers succeed.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities.
- Negotiation skills and experience in closing upsell or cross-sell deals.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Attention to detail, empathy, and patience in client interactions.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English (B2 level).
