We're seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and market expansion.


This hunter-focused role is split 70% new business development and 30% strategic account management, requiring an agile, hands-on approach in our startup environment.

Key Performance Metrics:



  • Quarterly new business revenue targets

  • Pipeline coverage and conversion rates

  • New logo acquisition goals

  • Territory growth objectives

  • Average deal size targets

Core Responsibilities:



  • Execute B2B SaaS growth strategy across target sectors

  • Lead complete enterprise sales cycle targeting C-suite, IT, Operations, and Security leaders

  • Drive new logo acquisition and territory expansion

  • Conduct strategic prospecting and opportunity development

  • Navigate complex sales cycles from qualification to close

Required Experience:



  • Proven hunter with demonstrated new business acquisition track record

  • 5+ years in technical B2B sales (IoT/SaaS solutions)

  • Full-cycle go-to-market expertise

  • Territory development capabilities

  • Strategic selling skills with complex solutions

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environment

  • Track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals

Technical Competencies:



  • Value-based selling expertise

  • Strong technical aptitude

  • Strategic prospecting capabilities

  • Experience with enterprise software/IoT solutions
