What you'll do:
Reporting directly to the Department's Planning Manager, your missions will consist of scheduling the production of several production sites according to orders, supplies and production deadlines.
You will be responsible for:
Analyze the load and recommend the necessary capacity adjustments.
Position Production Orders according to production capacity and material availability.
Track production to minimize delays and prioritize the shop floor.
Ensure the interface between production and internal customers (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service).
Evaluate and manage stock levels for finished and semi-finished products and carry out administrative processing (safety stock, returns, scrapping, etc.).
Post sales orders and/or production orders when necessary.
Participate in weekly production site monitoring meetings.
What you'll bring:
Your organizational rigor, your communication skills and your sense of teamwork will be your assets to succeed in this position.
With a Bac2 or Bac3 degree in production or stock management, you have experience in a similar position in the industrial sector.
You are proficient in English.
Ideally, you have already worked on SAP and are proficient in Excel.
