Financial Controller (M/F) > Joboolo FR :

A newly created Product Line organization is seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller to join its growing team!

This global structure was launched to define and drive strategic initiatives around product lines, including:

• Market assessment, product/process roadmap, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies


• Business model development, make-or-buy decisions, cost/price analysis, and competitive benchmarking


• Global P&L management for product lines and support to divisional roadmaps


• Support for worldwide acquisitions in line with product line strategy

In this context, we are looking for a Financial Controller with a solid background in a manufacturing company, a strategic mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate financial frameworks and reporting tools to ensure cost tracking accuracy


• Manage monthly closings for the Product Line


• Analyze and report financial performance to the Product Line Management Team (KPIs, forecasts, ad hoc analysis)


• Act as a business partner to support decision-making (profitability, make-or-buy analyses, etc.)


• Build and ensure accuracy of Business Plans

???? Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Finance


• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, ideally with exposure to industrial or R&D environments


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities


• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to drive change


• Entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit


• Fluent in English


• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
