Your Role:
Based in Oraison, France, you'll take the helm of finance, IT, and administration for our European legal entities, driving strategic financial planning and analysis to support our mission.
Core Responsibilities:
Operational Finance (FP&A):
Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for the European region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, revenue projections, and cost analysis.
Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Strategic Finance and Governance:
Drive strategic initiatives and support decision-making through financial analysis, risk assessment, and scenario planning.
Participate in M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning, to support growth and expansion efforts in the region.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies, implementing best practices for governance and risk management.
Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on financial matters, offering insights and recommendations to support strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in FP&A software and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and exceptional analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of building effective working relationships across departments and leading teams.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in French and English Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.
CPA or CFA certification highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance and accounting, with solid international exposure.
