Job DescriptionAs a Infrastructure Charging Solutions Specialist, you will drive the development of end-to-end charging infrastructure offers supporting customer transition to EV for last mile delivery vehicles.
You will collaborate with technology teams and third-party service providers to define processes for new infrastructure implementation or retrofit of existing infrastructure for our B2B clients.
You will also co-create solutions with selected customers.
This role requires a deep understanding of charging infrastructure, civil & electrical engineering, and electric vehicle technologies.
You will develop the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to customer co-creation projects related to depot design for commercial fleet infrastructure, providing site assessment expertise.
- Lead and coordinate with service providers on European-scale management of charging infrastructure projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.
- Develop tools to enhance customer experience in charging, monitor project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure deliverables.
- Manage relationships with EV charger manufacturers, contractors, and service providers to meet service level targets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (fleet operators, facility managers, EV charging providers) to define project requirements and constraints.
- Manage multiple projects, securing resources and monitoring progress to ensure effective execution.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and end customers on planning and developing charging infrastructure.
- Offer ongoing technical support during implementation.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of electrical systems, including AC/DC charging, power distribution, load management, and safety protocols specific to EV infrastructure.
- Ability to coordinate design, planning, and specification of commercial EV charging stations.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to EV infrastructure, safety, accessibility, and environmental laws.
- Engagement in sustainability transition (environment, health & safety).
