Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible for the establishment and management of the retail team, the formulation of mid-term and long-term goals for the team.
Planning and assessment of work's OKR;
2.
Based on brand specifications and point of sale display requirements, we maximize the need to serve product selling points, leading the annual POSM plan project and ensure end-to-end on-time and quality delivery and implementation;
3.
Based on the understanding of the product and the feedback survey of retail terminals/customer service, assist in the launch of products, leading the plan and production of retail training materials, and continuously iterate and optimize;
4.
Establish and manage the front-line retail team, be responsible for the front-line implementation of retail actions, and maintain cooperative relationships with stores;
5.
Set up and continuously optimize retail management-related data systems to provide necessary data support for marketing business decisions.
Requirements:
1.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, International Trade, and etc.
2.
Excellent oral and written English skills.
Proficiency in other European languages or Chinese is a plus;
3.
More than 5 years of experience in retail management, channel management, or marketing in the European market.
Experience in consumer electronics and home appliances is preferred;
4.
Able to accept business trips in Europe;
5.
Good at working in a cross-functional, cross-cultural team, with a sense of teamwork and results-oriented mindset;
6.
Have strong logical and data analysis skills.
