Job Responsibilities

  8. Make Sales Calls:


    Make a set number of calls per hour to maximize opportunities.

  9. Exceed Targets:


    Consistently reach or surpass sales goals with high performance.

    Make calls confidently throughout the day.

The Profile

Background & Qualifications:


MUST HAVE!


  • At least 4 years of experience as an Inside Sales Agent in real estate or a related sales field.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Contribute positively to a high-performance, supportive team culture.

  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous growth.

  • Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed personally and as a team.

  • Willing to work on weekends.

System Requirements

  • 8 GB RAM minimum.

  • Windows 10 or later operating system.

  • USB noise-canceling headset.

  • Reliable wired internet connection of at least 15 Mbps.

  • Webcam for virtual meetings.
