Our teams
Roquette's legal department comprises over 60 members across 5 functions (Ethics & Compliance, Corporate, Global Operations, Intellectual Property, Regulatory Affairs) and 3 regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
The legal team provides strategic legal advice and guidance on the Group’s activities, projects, and transactions, supporting Roquette’s growth strategy.
Members are actively involved upstream in projects and in designing commercial or partnership strategies, working closely with internal teams (sales, purchase, manufacturing, etc.) to deliver pragmatic advice and support.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced business lawyer based at the company's headquarters in Lille / La Madeleine, North of France.
You will support the Senior Business Lawyer for the EMEA region.
The mission?
- Provide legal support to business teams and operational functions in the EMEA region.
- Draft, review, and negotiate supply agreements and other contracts, allocating risk and responsibility.
- Manage contractual disputes and litigation, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Support the Senior Legal Counsel on business projects and initiatives.
Your experience and talents will make the difference by:
- Providing effective, business-oriented legal advice to sales and operational teams.
- Identifying legal and contractual risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Supporting the development of policies, processes, and best practices within the legal team.

- Education:
Masters Degree (Bac+5) in Business, Economic, or International Law / LLM / Business School.
- Experience:
3+ to 5 years, preferably in an international or manufacturing group.
- Specific requirements:
Full professional proficiency in English and French.
