Assisted by a technical support team, the businessdeveloper is in charge of growing the business beyond the existing client base.
He will report to the Sales Director and will reinforce the existing sales team.
Responsibilities Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers Develop market strategies by identifying high potential prospects Act autonomously on the complete sales cycle to promote our offer:
prospecting, identification of needs, engaging the right decision-makers, construction of the project, presentation of solutions and negotiation until the signature of contracts.
Support and elevate the existing customer portfolio (animation, loyalty).
Actively participate in the development strategy and show a spirit of initiative in order to optimize the commercial approach (seek additional growth points).
Work in collaboration with a team including a French Automotive Account Manager, an Export sales representative (Germany and the Netherlands), a Sales Assistant and a BusinessDeveloper Frequent travel (in France and abroad):
1 week / month Main offers & products to be promoted:
Battery Testing, Powertrain Tests, Vibro-acoustic tests and Turbocharger Testing Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 3 years' of sales or account management experience Industry knowledge (automotive testing, especially regarding battery, powertrain and/or turbocharging) Strong technical appetite and willingness to learn.
Hunter:
prospecting-oriented profile and ability to open accounts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
