You’ll be joining the Marketplace Operations team to build and scale this new model while supporting the onboarding of our professionals and the deployment of our first businesses!

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

Your mission:


optimize and structure our operations to ensure smooth execution and growth.

1. Onboarding Qualified Professionals:
   
   
   Enhance the onboarding process to maintain a high-quality, diverse talent pool.


2. Optimizing Mission Connections:
   
   
   Support the launch of new businesses and refine our matching strategies.


3. Implementing & Scaling Interim Processes:
   
   
   Ensure compliance and efficiency in managing temporary employment obligations.


4. Monitoring & Analyzing Performance:
   
   
   Track supply-demand balance, conversion rates, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   
   
   Work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and Customer Care teams to ensure operational excellence.

We’d Love to Work with You if:

1. 4+ years of experience in operations, ideally in a startup/scale-up.


2. Strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach to performance tracking.


3. Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives.


4. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.


5. Effective communication skills, engaging with diverse stakeholders.


6. Professional English proficiency, as some internal communications are in English.
