We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Representative – Direct Sales for our PCC (Particle Counter) range, responsible for managing and developing existing accounts, as well as acquiring new clients and competing accounts in the eastern half of France (north to south).
Ideally, the candidate should be based within the coverage area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct all sales activities within your assigned territory, including site visits, phone contacts, seminars, trade shows, client seminars, and channel management.
Maintain and document all activities effectively in the CRM system and develop strategic action plans for clients.
- Produce detailed business plans and activity management aligned with company strategic objectives for clients and territories.
- Gather market intelligence and communicate it to sales management and relevant peers within the organization.
- Develop high-level relationships with selected clients, identify opportunities for new products, and propose potential deals by contacting prospective partners.
- Develop negotiation strategies and positions based on client insights.
Essential requirements for this position include:
- A Master’s degree in sciences (biochemical engineering, chemistry, engineering, biochemistry preferred) and more than 2 years of field sales experience.
- Strong understanding of sales skills such as prospecting, qualification, closing, and existing client development.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Fluency in French and English.
