We seek a seasoned contributor to join the Amazon Ads team as Principal FR Video Strategy and GTM (VSGTM).
This role will report directly to the Head of EU Video Strategy and GoToMarket and will contribute to developing the unified go-to-market strategy for advertising solutions across Amazon's video and streaming properties.
The candidate will partner with broader WW and regional GTM teams to help set the overall Video strategy.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial organization, bringing passion for video-centric advertising and innovative thinking to grow adoption of Amazon Video Ads and scale revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop the vision and end-to-end strategy for positioning, pricing, packaging, and planning of Amazon's advertising offerings across all video properties, working alongside WW GTM.
- Maintain a firm grasp of the video advertising market and competitive trends to identify and assess opportunities.
- Lead quantitative analysis of demand, including opportunity sizing of both traditional/existing demand channels and emerging/new demand sources.
- Reconcile supply-based budget models with demand-based analyses in coordination with Finance teams.
- Analyze and recommend tradeoffs between price, volume, and yield-generating strategies.
- Work directly with EU Video Sales Specialists, Large Customer Sales, Global Growth Sales, and other sales teams on enablement and demand generation strategies to achieve revenue and adoption targets.
- Aggregate EU Voice of Customer (VOC) data and collaborate with WW GTM to develop video solutions that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth for Amazon.
- Drive growth of Amazon's video advertising offerings, including business management in support of Video org goals related to revenue, product adoption, and advertiser maturity.
- Monitor quarterly sales pacing to ensure revenue targets are met, and recommend adjustments to GTM strategies as needed.
- Produce prioritized sales strategies to influence product requirements, roadmaps, and tradeoffs.
- Partner with Ads Marketing on customer-facing Video Sales and Marketing narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Amazon Ads to ensure alignment of GTM strategies, including tactical guidance and support.
- Assist in regional training development for sales enablement.
