Ongoing RC Transformation project on the GrandPuits refinery in the construction phase



- Site contracts within an EPCm scheme context



- General transversal coordination



- Claim and counterclaim dossiers management



Minimum 15 years in EPC/EPC-type contract claim management, including at least 5 years for onshore O&G industrial projects.



French and English languages are mandatory.



Working on site is preferred, with occasional days of teleworking.



Activities

- Coordinate claim and counterclaim dossiers

- Share claim prevention, management methods, and awareness with the project team

- Analyze and review existing contracts and claims, providing expertise support

- Advise on on-the-spot requests related to claims

- Investigate and assess the merit of major claims/disputes

- Support the drafting of correspondences and notices to contractors

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as HQ claim and legal entities



- Assist senior contract engineers with claim-related tasks

- Support contract and procurement activities

- Manage documentation and analyze contractual validity

- Contribute to negotiations and settlement strategies

- Prepare claims defense documents and amendments

- Maintain weekly claims status reports

- Prepare letters, notifications, and status slide decks

- Propose solutions for claim management

- Store documents on project sharepoint



- Contribute to contracts/claims lessons learned dossiers
