Team & Context
Murex is looking for a dynamic and passionate candidate to manage large development programs in a complex functional and technical environment.
As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you cover the entire development cycle, from analyzing an idea to delivering a solution to end customers and ensure that the value delivered meets Murex's strategy and ambitions.
You are committed to delivering, sharing, and experimenting with techniques to align agile teams (50
- 150 people) on measurable functional and technical objectives.
You lead continuous improvement within the program, identify and understand the main impediments, and ensure that these are resolved or optimized.
You will join a community of RTEs who meet regularly to share experiences and knowledge, and work on common problems together.
Your missions/What you'll do ?
You take responsibility for the proper execution and cadence of the program
You continually seek to improve the efficiency of the entire ecosystem while ensuring the correct application of governance and methodologies
You ensure that the program has an understood strategic vision and measurable objectives
- you work closely with Product Management to define and refine the Program Backlog, and in partnership with Business Owner(s)
You anticipate the risks and act as an escalation point with the agile teams when they need help to solve or remove the issues encountered
You ensure that the teams identify their dependencies and then coordinate during the execution
You produce program metrics and present them to stakeholders
You provide direction, support and coaching to Scrum Masters, program members and agile teams
You create a collaborative spirit and manage people in an exclusively matrix organization
You actively support change and ensure the adoption of agility at scale by all
Your profile /Who you are ?
At least 10 years' experience, including five in management of complex projects/programs
Good experience with Agile at Scale project methodologies (e.g.
SAFe)
Recognized for your listening, communication and facilitation skills
Highly organized, flexible, and able to prioritize
Detail oriented and a problem solver
Dynamic and enthusiastic, you are open to all points of view
Excellent oral and written communication (English)
French language would be a benefit but not a prerequisite
