  • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and building valuable relationships.


    Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, promoting the benefits of Go1's learning platform, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.


    Collaboration with the sales team will be essential to meet our company's sales targets.

  1. You’ll be a modern-day explorer, prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, from cold calls to email campaigns and social media.

  2. Picture yourself as a communication maestro, making high-volume outbound calls and crafting compelling emails to introduce Go1's game-changing solutions.

  3. Building connections is your superpower.


    You'll identify key decision-makers within organizations, and with your natural charisma and effective communication skills, you'll win them over.

  4. Your detective skills will shine as you conduct thorough needs analysis, determining how Go1 can meet the unique requirements of each potential customer.

  5. Collaboration is key!
    You'll work closely with our talented Account Executives, combining your powers to develop winning strategies that turn qualified leads into exciting sales opportunities.

  6. Accuracy is your middle name.


    You'll meticulously update our CRM system, ensuring we have the latest insights on lead interactions and activities.

  7. Stay ahead of the game!
    Dive into the world of corporate learning, keeping yourself informed about industry trends, market conditions, and our competitors.

  8. Share your ideas and insights!
    In team meetings and training sessions, your voice will be heard as you contribute to improving our sales processes and strategies.

  • Tech-savviness and familiarity in using SaaS tech-stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Hubspot.

  • Bonus points if you're familiar with the world of online learning and corporate training.

  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English, and if you happen to speak German, we'll consider it a superpower!

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package.


This role pays €35,000 on a 70/30 uncapped commission plan.


Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.


This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
