- To fuel our growth, we're looking for a Business Developer based in Paris, the Netherlands, or Belgium, to lead our expansion in the Benelux region (70% Netherlands, 30% Belgium).
- You'll be joining a dynamic Sales team of 12 people, spread across Paris, London, and Madrid, all working together to drive our international expansion.
- As a key member of this team, you will:
- Own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closing and upselling.
- Engage with top decision-makers - from tech founders to workplace & office managers at global companies.
- Drive and shape our growth strategy - bringing your insights and creativity to refine our approach.
- Operate with full autonomy - you'll have the freedom to test and adapt your methods. Main Responsibilities:
- Outbound (70%):
Prospect new companies (startups and SMBs) through email outreach, cold calls, and LinkedIn.
Build a network of distribution partners (coworking spaces, office furniture distributors).
- Inbound (30%):
Manage and qualify incoming leads, working closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and maximize conversions.
- Upsell:
Identify and manage upsell opportunities with existing clients.
- Events & Trade Shows:
Attend key industry events to enhance brand reputation and generate new business opportunities.
- Analysis & Optimization:
Track and analyze sales performance to identify improvement levers and optimize conversion rates. Profil recherché
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Management
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a big plus!)
- You LOVE prospecting - picking up the phone and cold calling? No problem!
- Strong negotiation & deal-closing skills
- Proven experience in account management
- Results-driven & goal-oriented
- Empathetic, with top-tier interpersonal skills
