As we expand our presence in France, we are looking for a Sales Manager to help drive our growth and shape the future of our business in the region.

This role is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly established team in Paris—an exciting adventure where you can make a real impact!

Your Mission

As Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing EXTE’s presence in France.


You will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Prospecting & Lead Generation :


    Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and strategic outreach.

  • Client Relationship Management :


    Develop strong, long-term relationships and tailor digital solutions to clients’ business objectives.

  • Sales Process Management :


    Own the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals.


    Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Market Analysis :


    Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position our products effectively.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration :


    Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

What We’re Looking For


  • 3 years in a role in a digital technology or marketing environment.

  • Education :


    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Industry Knowledge :


    Strong understanding of digital advertising and technology.

  • Languages :


    Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Sales Skills :


    Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit :


    Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
