Implement and develop a strong, sustainable Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and guidelines, with the primary goal of accelerating growth and achieving business OKRs in the Region.
Manage and develop distributors and sub-distributors, ensuring full alignment with RELX's strategy and standards to drive sales volume.
Coordinate Sales & Marketing activities in the field to establish strong partnerships and deliver outstanding results in key retail locations.
Lead the development and execution of sales promotions, lead generation efforts, and other relevant trade marketing initiatives with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Tobacco or Vape industry.
Deep understanding of the local market landscape and distributor business models.
Solid Network.
Solid grasp of financial metrics, value chains, and pricing structures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
