As a SalesStrategySpecialist, you will play a key role in optimizing revenue across our game portfolio.
Working closely with the SalesStrategy Manager, you will support the development and implementation of SKU planning and monetization strategies for new releases and back catalog titles.
This includes both digital and physical offerings, as you will ensure a consistent and consumer-centric approach across channels.
You will contribute to maximizing sales throughout the game lifecycle by collaborating with internal departments, production teams, as well as Bandai Namco Entertainment’s different regions (America, Japan…).
You will also assist in analyzing data and market trends to improve monetization strategies for both players and the company.
Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):
Producing a fair, consumer-centric and consistent cross-channel sales offering, from content to pricing and in collaboration with studios.
Developing and implementing premium content strategies for both digital and physical formats to increase add-on revenue and drive higher average basket value.
Being the center of knowledge for every “Sales Offering” information, from SKUs details to in-game monetization features.
Ensuring operational excellence in Digital Planning through the thorough bookkeeping of Digital Content Sheet (DCS).
Actively supporting the sales and marketing departments’ processes by developing and refining sales strategies across retail and digital channels for our games, incorporating them into the regional strategic plans.
Chasing business opportunities to optimize revenues for our fresh titles (sku planning, pre-order bonuses, digital incentives, trade marketing strategies…).
In close collaboration with the other members of the Sales team (digital, retail, e-commerce…), maximizing the lifecycle management of our back catalog products.
Helping the teams design the most consumer-centric and profitable offering across the Bandai Namco group portfolio (Dragon Ball, Naruto, Ace Combat….) and across all platforms (PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, Nintendo, Steam…).
Providing advice to our production teams on their global post-launch revenue strategy (business models, DLC plans, in-game store merchandising…).
Auditing monetization systems of current internal projects to help production departments to improve long-term engagement and generate incremental revenues.
Benchmarking competitive products, their business models, SKUs and sales strategies.
Defining monetization best practices and fostering their adoption across the company to grow additional content market share and revenue.
Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the monetization of players and providing reports to identify business opportunities (attach rate, engagement, conversion rate…).
Working with the Business Intelligence team to set up dashboards, create regular and ad-hoc performance reports & internal presentations.
