Responsibilities:

1.Sales Support

• Sales Operation
  
  - Support sales team in different operation including but not limited to sales report management, sales fulfillment, target achievement report, etc


• Process Management
  
  - Setup and enhance workflow and process to ensure the operation is comply with different company policy


• Business Analysis and Reporting
  
  - Assist the team in preparing different management report.
  
  
  Working closely with general team to feedback any area for improvement, especially from local operation perspective

Admin&Finance Support

• Work with Finance team to Support daily billing & invoicing management


• Perform daily Account Receivable collection control


• Support external audit issue


• Analyze monthly operation data to provide financial business performance analysis


• Follow up on finance intelligence development progress


• Other ac-hoc finance&Admin-related issue

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or University Degree (or above) in Data Science, Finance, Accounting or similar majors;


• Minimum 2 years Relevant experience (Including previous internship);


• Good analytical and communication skills; Experience in business analysis and reporting function is definitely an advantage;


• Passion to make a difference, self-motivated, detail minded and high accuracy standards;


• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and French.
