We are seeking a Senior Associate (F/H) to join our Debt & Capital Advisory practice in Paris, where you will add real value to our clients (investment banks and large corporations) through our asset-backed financing services.

As a Senior Associate (F/H), you will work closely with our Directors and Managers in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, contributing to the development of a high-level Deal Advisory practice in France.


You will actively participate in complex structured financing projects, from creating securitization programs to monitoring them, collaborating with top-tier stakeholders.

• Conduct financial analyses on assets financed by major groups (CAC 40, SBF 120) and present structured conclusions in investor reports.


• Understand the business models of sellers interested in this type of financing, analyze their internal procedures (Order-to-Cash), and synthesize this information for investment evaluation by investment banks.


• Act as a secondary contact during meetings and calls with high-level stakeholders, providing technical and analytical support on projects.


• Work in an international environment, with potential travel within France and abroad (Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia).

• Graduated from a business/engineering school or university (Bac +5) with specialization in accounting, finance, management, or economics.


• Prior experience (internship or one year) in Audit, Transaction Services, Management Control, M&A, or Corporate Finance.


• Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a rigorous and methodical approach.


• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to new challenges.


• Proficiency in Excel, project management skills, and report writing in French and English (TOEIC 900+ level).
