Team, we are currently looking for our future Senior Learning Specialist (m/f/d) – Leadership Capabilities for a permanent contract in Obernai, Paris or Blieskastel.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced learning experience designer.
You will be responsible for designing innovative and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.
You will work in strategic upskilling initiatives and take responsibility from the early stages of development until the release of the learning solution.
We expect you to have experience in using new technologies such as AI, XR, etc.
to design effective and qualitative learning solutions.
Your mission
What we build in Hi!
is tailored and structured based on the Group’s People Frame integrated approach.
This includes alignment with People and Organisation reviews, key strategic projects, exposure to different leaders and business executives, and exposure to external organisations.
Reporting to the Director for Global Learning, the Senior Learning Specialist’s responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing innovative learning experiences grounded on recognized adult learning theories, with a strong focus on leadership development.
- Working closely with clients to understand their learning objectives and designing solutions that will best meet the business goals.
- Leading the work of designing and deploying learning experiences.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and course/content developers and suppliers.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices within the field of learning design and technology.
Your profile and skills
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning experience design in an international group, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, modern learning technologies, and adult learning theory.
Experience in designing and implementing global leadership programs in various formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; strong project management and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), authoring tools (such as Articulate 360, Rise), and analytics tools.
- A certification in coaching or in assessments would be a real plus.
- Proficiency in the English language (French and German would be a plus).
This position requires being on-site 3 days a week (Obernai, Paris, or Blieskastel).
