We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented TeamAssistant to support our Commercial Real Estate Advisory team and its Director.
In this pivotal role, you will provide daily administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality client service.
Essential Duties:
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for the Director and team
Prepare meeting agendas, presentation decks, and commercial documentation
Support the Director and consultants with expense reports, and administrative tasks
Assist in the preparation of pitches and client proposals
Maintain and update internal tools and CRM systems
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, legal, finance) to streamline processes
Act as a point of contact for clients and external partners
Education, experience and skills:
Prior experience as an assistant, ideally in a commercial real estate, consulting, or professional services firm
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of both French and English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
