Team Assistant

Paris, France, Full-time, Permanent position

As part of our expansion on a national and international level, we are looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our team.


The role will be based in our Paris office with a flexible hybrid working approach.

Your tasks

• Administrative support of the Paris team and project assistance


• Meetings logistical organisation:
  
  
  booking of business trips and meeting rooms, invitations, etc.
  
  
  


• Setting up documents:
  
  
  meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentation, etc.
  
  
  


• Supporting the team as needed during the different phases of projects


• Independent and efficient office organisation


• Correspondence with various partners, follow-up correspondence, management of invoices


• Performing other secretarial and clerical tasks


• Preparing the workplace for new employees and ensuring necessary work equipment as well as training new employees


• Receiving customers and preparing meetings


• Working time:
  
  
  35h / week

Qualifications

• A similar experience of minimum 3 years in construction or real estate would be an advantage


• A perfect written and spoken French


• Self-initiated and independent working style, high level of commitment and enjoy working in a team


• Organisational talent with a fast, precise, and structured way of working


• Very good and experienced handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


• Good knowledge in English is an advantage
