Your future duties and responsibilities Working within our support function with a large portfolio of clients, your role will be to help support our Automotive client with hypercare for the launch of a new sales platform to ~10,000 users across the UK.
You'll join our ApplicationSupport team of over 20 experienced individuals, who work to support over 30 applications for our key Automotive clients.
We're looking for you to play an important part to help build up and support their new service as we provide our industry expertise during their period of business transformation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience using Teamcentre, the ability to utilise their knowledge and expertise to our customer, as well as share their knowledge with the wider team.
This role requires being on client site in MiltonKeynes 1-2 days a week with occasional travel to client site in Crewe.Key duties and responsibilities:
* Experience supporting Siemens Teamcenter * Manage incoming requests and incidents, and deliver service in line with SLAs * Identify repeating issues, and propose solutions * Share knowledge with the wider team Required qualifications to be successful in this role The successful candidate will bring the following competencies:
* Experience within an IT Analyst position * Knowledge and expertise within Siemens Teamcentre * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to author system documentation * Attention to detail * Client-facing capabilitiesDesired experience:
