Applications SupportAnalyst - Leeds, West Yorkshire – to £45,000 plus bonus, great benefits including hybrid working Leading professional services organisation requires an experienced ApplicationSupportAnalyst to support the application estate within the business providing incident ownership and resolution management and deliver application maintenance duties to ensure the service meets the business.
As an ApplicationSupportAnalyst you will be required to administer, support and maintain key business applications effectively manage downstream resolver groups and suppliers through expert Service Management skills, proactively identify and resolve problems, working closely with developers and suppliers to maintain the application ensuring applications have adequate capacity for projected variance in the business size and usage, document, maintain and ensure adherence to policies and procedures and provide support for Service Management tool configuration and service enhancements.
You will also be responsible for providing support for Sharepoint configuration and service enhancement, through collaborative working with IT partners and other IT teams and engage with colleagues to receive Projects and Changes into the BAU environment in a supportable manner.
As an ApplicationSupportAnalyst you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an applicationsupport role, have experience of Microsoft application delivery platforms desktop, server and Azure, working with 3rd party suppliers, have excellent troubleshooting skills, experience of Microsoft 365 products and apps and Service Management tools.
Ideally you will have experience of the following although its not essential -:
application testing, MS SQL server knowledge and skills, desirable, knowledge and experience of automation, monitoring, alerting and application performance reporting and understand ITIL frameworks.
